McCaskill calls Republican tax cut obstruction a "depressing" "twilight zone"

“I feel like I am in the twilight zone,” said Senator Claire McCaskill, Democrat of Missouri. “It’s depressing to me that we have gotten to this level of posturing, that they are saying if you do not give people a tax break on their second million, that nobody gets one.”

To solve the problem you have to track back to how they think on things.

It is not about tax breaks, but about how they think on who should have what.

Then you have to find the philosophies of why they think that.

Most arguments become disingenuous because they are not about what they say they are about, since they wont say what they think or feel on a topic. So you have to talk to them till they reach the point of realization of their real 'motives' by explaining the flaws in the rationalizations that deceive them.

Many times it goes back to smaller empathy circle issues, selfishness or lack of care. Although before you get to that point you go through many delusions of superiority complex, or helping people by creating hardship, or concepts of everyone in their place, or concepts of it being just for some to suffer and not others.

So you have to go through the parts of each of those arguments, but many people wont allow themselves to hear what you say, since it would go against the filters that are holding them hostage by not letting them know what they really think and why. Really interesting sometimes they actually get angry, then you are nice with empathy and that chases away the anger thing, and start again, till the filters are gone. Then sometimes they get sad, so more kindness and not superiority since you know you were like that also, and still are in some ways. Concepts of being able to accept forgiveness then has to be shown, and ways to find worthy things to work on, and concepts of balance also. Or that is how it went during some of the days of being at the bars.

Desire for more tax breaks for wealthy or wealth consolidation is created by wanting to do what ever a person does with no rules. If it was because they thought it was spent wrong, they would address those issues in the private sector.

Wouldn't it be great to be able to do anything you want, that is the removal of rules and laws argument. Some think that way. Hard to blame them, it is a very seductive thought.

4. Here's another McCASKILL quote. What would we do without her?
"All those people out there in the tea party that are angry about the economics of Washington, they really need to look at this. They need to pull back the curtain and realize that you've got a Republican Party that's not worried about the people in the tea party."

**************UNQUOTE**********

She's maligned here for having to survive in a non-Liberal part of the country, but she is the face that I remember most, week after week, going toe to toe with the Rethugs on the yak shows. I ask in all seriousness and support of her, what would we do without her?
