Wow, aren't we only about a month or two before people start announcing a run for 2012 elections.... |
|
I think Hillary announced in January 2007 and Obama in February 2007.
Doesn't that mean some GOP idiots will start announcing in about two months?
It will be an interesting time here on the DU!

I'd be applauding --
:applause:
We need a bunch of liberals to announce ... C-span will cover them ....
The day after the election in ..../? Lamar Alexander announced and C-span
covered him for four years!!
We need to hear some propaganda other than the pro-corporate kind!!!

14. Dude, where were you the last two years? |
|
Of course, Obama needs to be primaried from the left, and taught a very painful lesson - Don't suck on Rethuglican's mojo. They'll make you look bad.
I fully support a primary, even if Obama wins, he has to remain to the left and permanently ignore the Republicans. They have earned NOTHING for the past 10 years except lots of scorn, disdain and spit.

Though quite common.
Defective incumbents invite primary challenges.
Their defeat in the GE is just as easily attributable to the defects as it is to the primary challenge.

12. Gingrich is more or less in...still dancing... |
|
but you know he is salivating at the possibility. Next 6 months will see the front-running Repugnants fighting each other. Wouldn't be surprised if McConnell doesn't make a trial run.
For us...only Dem on the hill working that I can see is Al Franken.

I may have to start finding a way to relocate out of America. I do not want to live in a country run by the American Taliban.
