3. So if Obama is "primaried out" in 2012,
would anyone here care to hazard a guess on what "Health Care" would look like for the next 8~12 years?

5. Your argument is a sad commentary of where we are today. "Let them eat cake". Right.
They be better off than starving.

Health care is a disaster now. As is most everything else.

But dont worry, our so-called "democratic system" will guarantee Pres Obama will not be primaried. The Democratic Machine (DLC) is much too strong to yield to the grass-roots.

14. So if Obama is "primaried out" in 2012, apparently the devout wish
of these "I told you!" screamers, then WHICH party would most likely get elected in November of that year? (And once elected, would most likely remain in power for the next 8, 12, or 16 years.)

And can you GUESS what the "Health Care agenda" would be then?

17. It isnt "if Obama is primary'ed out" anymore Jake, it's when he is.
He crawled on his knees and kissed the republicans feet today. Can things get worse? Not more millions of Americans. Look around Jake. Things are horrible and he is kissing republican ass. He is out in 2012.

21. "Jake"??? The name is "Paul"!
I'll repeat, for the slow learners: "(So if/when Obama is "primaried out" in 2012, apparently the devout wish) of these "I told you!" screamers, then WHICH party would most likely get elected in November of that year? (And once elected, would most likely remain in power for the next 8, 12, or 16 years.)

Paul (not "Jake")

22. Dear Paul, I am sick and fucking tired of getting a piece of garbage bill
and having to be thankful. The HCR bill was garbage and you know it. Could it have been worse, yes, the earth could be hit with a meteor also. We have been told to be thankful for getting garbage. Look around you, we are dying at a rapid rate and the president isnt slowing it down. We need to decide when to stop bowing to the corporate masters and stand and fight.

Obama gave the billionaires $800 billion dollars of our children's money. He has to go.

Sorry about the Jake bit. I am angry and want to take it out on someone.

24. This isn't about being "thankful" for today's dog-shit, it's about winning the fucking WAR in 2012!
So WHAT's it going to be? I'm at or pretty close to my own expiration date, and I've become indescribably WEARY of hearing all those useless and self-promoting "I TOLD YOU!!" hollers all those years!

In Solidarity, Paul

9. I don't know - I live in Arizona and at this very moment we have death panels - so will healthcare
be better in 8 - 12 years? That's really hard to say. If we once again have a normal Governor, yes healthcare will be better.

I still have my line in the sand and President Obama crossed it. It is too late for him to salvage my support, but that is just me.

20. It's time to start thinking longer term.
We've been willing to support the DLC at the voting booth while they actively undermine liberal positions and fail to fight the GOP. The DLC certainly will not do the same for us even though we've been proven right on the issues and the politics. However long it takes to wrestle the leadership of the Democratic Party away from the DLC is what we should be focusing on.
