Transparency...
I will state this up front, i personally believe that the Government is far to paranoid about what it classifies as "top secret" information. It seems that any bureaucrat in an agency wants to mark everything as secret as basic survival "cover your ass" etiquette.

However; I can certainly understand why some things need to be kept secret (trade negotiations, etc...)

So exactly where is the line drawn on what should be secret and what should be public as far as Government activities go?
