Although that is an assumption. In other words, there could be many DUs and not everyone sees what everyone else sees. Or it could be that there are filters between what someone says and someone reads, I remember it took me a couple hours to be able to read and unlock some really old locked text, and understand actually why some text is locked, so don't worry about it. However the bad side locks the good, and some that think they are good locks the bad, (although I have done that temporarily also, although that is more tactical then strategic)
hence why more information expression seems better, since light overcomes dark, and if they are not separated then things will get better all together. The segmentation or dividing into different thoughts is done in many places, and does not even create a better society, but many societies that do not see or feel each other. And when that is created the better ones can not help the worse ones. Although the worse ones don't want that contact since they lose when people can express and exchange since the better ideas prevail. Hence why transparency and light means so much.
My assumption on things like your comment comes from the observation that I post things, then someone asks some question that I already posted about. That leads to the assumption that not everyone is seeing my posts. Although it could be filters in the person reading themselves, and not a technical segmenting of Internet pages.
Within security states, I presumed that programs like that would be a way to try and control information. Although many years ago I stopped depending on people reading what I post to think I have an effect, nor worry about the effects that are outside of my control, and do not choose to control others choices of actions if some chose to believe those systems exist.
Although if that was part of a system, I would assume it comes from Machiavellians, since it matches that concept of information control and dishonesty.
Also why even when tempted to segment or leave someone behind, I do not do that, since that is both what I think leads to better results, and a form of protection for me to learn on things that I could be wrong on.

But it is done by learning the love of the heart and truth of love, not control.
Although when you realize the truth of love, there is always someone giving you a hand up also, so all suffering caused in the world is put on God's shoulders, as it is put on all that God created to help all end suffering.
heh, some don't understand, crying angels do not feel sadness like you do, righteous sorrow does not hurt, they have the memories of their achievements, while many others don't. You are not thinking in totality.
