"Temporary" tax cuts for the rich.......LOL...LOL...LOL
Edited on Mon Dec-06-10 06:49 PM by KansasVoter
In two years, when they expire, they will just blackmail Obama again, and get them extended once again.

Anyone who thinks these "temporary" tax cuts will not be extended again is gullible as hell.

What in the hell is wrong with our party??

19. Whoa, that's ironic!
Oh well, I'm sure that after getting everything they wanted handed to them on a silver platter this go-round, the even larger numbers of more hard-line Republicans in the next Congress will be more than willing to sit down and negotiate in good faith, and do the responsible thing that will benefit most Americans and not just a narrow, selfish upper stratum.

I suppose I should have the courtesy to stand up, since that's about as likely as monkeys flying out of my butt.

He caved on prolonging tax cuts for the RICH.

Is there anything on which Obama will stand and fight? Anything at all?

I'll speculate that the fierce advocate "compromises" DADT for the START treaty. That's a fair trade, right? :puke:

15. A tax cut is still a tax cut. I don't care how long it lasts.
It was an undeserved tax cut.

Create jobs you rich fuckin' bastards and then we'll TALK about tax cuts.

23. They won't be able to create any jobs
Oh, the uncertainty of it all! That the tax rate might rise again! Ah do buh-lieve I have the vapahs! Cadbury, fetch my finest clutching pearls and softest fainting couch. Create jobs? With all the uncertainty? No, no, a thousand times no. It would be too much. Could you all please leave the room, as I feel I may be indisposed for some time to come?

{Door closes, overrich go :rofl:}

16. Yes. . .Obama just gave up the 2012 presidency to the Republicans
And then they can continue the Bush tax cuts and make them permanent!

So. . .the rich will get richer, and the poor will get poorer!

If you're like me. . .hand on. . .the ride is going to be very tough for anyone who is not a millionaire!
