Synopsis:
The meanies won't budge, so we said "uncle".

Instead of facing down the neighborhood bully, we will continue to try & convince him to only take half our lunch money, instead of all of it. He will continue to agree to do just that (as a gesture of civility), and the instant we turn to leave, he will whack us in the head with a board, steal our lunch money and laugh, as he runs to a microphone to tell everyone how he "got us again"..

The choices only get harder, and harder, and harder the more you give in.

The middle class is so fucked.
