President George W. Bush, three term president
Edited on Mon Dec-06-10 07:24 PM by SoCalDem
For such a stupendously ignorant person, he managed to accomplish what only FDR had accomplished.

Three terms.

How did he manage that?

The 3rd term is an "absentee" term, to be fair, but he's got the best of both worlds.. he gets to stay home all the time, if he wants, and no one gives him any shit about it. He can sleep in, take lots of naps, play with Barney all day long, travel when and where he likes. He draws a pension from being governor, from being president, has a paid-for office & staff, and of course he's got a rich old Daddy who's always supported him whenever cash got a little thin.

When he was forced to live in DC, he had to take some grief & grousing when he screwed up, but now, he gets to just "kick it", and watch with an abundance of "laughitudinous glee" when his "stand-in" gets pounded every time he stumbles over a stink bomb Georgie left behind.

The made up story of missing "W"s on keyboards was child's play compared to the tricks & treats left behind for the "new guy"..

His Poppy left the "new guy" with a ferfluffle in Somalia & a pissed off military, but George the lesser has outdone him magnificently.

Left the new guy with not ONE, but TWO wars (both un-winnable)
Left the new guy with maxed-out credit cards
Left the new guy with young ideologues running the SCOTUS for decades-to-come
Left the new guy with an overdrawn bank account
Left the new guy a bunch of half-assed, expensive "frosting-only" policies that sounded great, but lacked the funding or insight to really accomplish much
Left all the former henchmen in DC to continue the shadow government via Fox
Left the new guy with tax policies that broke the budget, but were timed to make him the "bad guy" when they finally were set to expire, thus forcing him to continue them.

5. Clinton said don't underestimate his intelligence. Ignorant, but still evil with low cunning.
Not to mention he has a lot of support from his class.
