8. Actually, everyone gets 2 years of money. The unemployed, the employed, those at the poverty line,

those above the poverty line, everyone.

The child tax credit alone for a family of 4 is an extension of 2k per year (not even considering the rate difference, the earned income tax credit difference, etc).
