I am writing a letter asking Obama to step aside and declare himself a lame duck NOW
instead of waiting in 2012. We need to replace him because it's obvious that he gave away all but the kitchen sink and is TRYING to give the fucking sink to the Republicans.

If Obama wants to save his legacy, he needs to get a bill passed that would allow for immediate revocation of the Bush tax cuts to the rich and and enact a hefty tax increase on them.

Even the billionaires are saying that they are not being taxed enough.

14. you thought he couldn't win the Primary, too. yet, you proved to be clueless.
I will stick with my prediction, and look forward to how you react when I'm proven right.

6. If Obama runs again, all progressives will lose.
He has no vision, and few skills to make his base believe him again in '12. Who will he convince??

16. If Obama runs again, he will lose.
Who is going to vote for him? Not progressives. Not indies (they let us know that with their midterm votes), and certainly not conservatives. Who does that leave - ah, yes, DLC supporters. Do you represent more than 51% of the country?

7. So who should replace him? Hillary?
No, Assange has taken care of her.

John Edwards?

No, he's out.

Who then?

Kucinich! Oh yeah, he'll save us!

:sarcasm:

9. So how would you want him to do this.....?
Edited on Mon Dec-06-10 09:12 PM by FrenchieCat
Do you really care MORE about folks with plenty of money regardless of whether
there's a tax cut or not? cause that is what it looks and smells like to me.

Do you care about the unemployed who need their checks at Christmas? And if so,
how would you have gotten that done?

Do you care about about the millions of us whose taxes would go up, if all of the cuts
expired? And if so, how would you avoided that?

Do you care about the millions of middle class folks who will now pay less
in payroll taxes to the tune of 2% of their earnings each paycheck for an entire year?
You don't think they needed that break?

Seems like you are more interested in making sure the rich don't get what they've been
getting for two more years, but there doesn't seem to be a concern about those who would have been
shafted by Pres. Obama playing it "Tough".

Tell me....who do you really care about if not for the lesser of thee?

11. A lot of people do seem more concerned about sticking it to the rich
no matter who has to pay the price of that stick.

18. It's odd.....to hate some that much to where
everyone else just doesn't matter.....

And yet, the person they choose to kick in the ass on this is Pres. Obama....

and they continue to ignore the Republican's actions in all of this.
