liked. (On Lawrence's show.)

Sure, he talked a lot about wishing that Obama would fight more. But he basically wasn't angry, and praised a lot of the things in the bill. Looks like some people will have to cross him off as a sellout.

1. That's because Weiner is looking at the whole picture
Obama pulled out quite a bit of stimulus, even if he had to give up two more years on these awful tax cuts.

2. Of course Weiner did not say....
what "fighting" means and even Lawrence said he did not understand what fighting meant either considering all the repubs would fillubuster no matter what and 5 dems as well in the senate....but he said Obama should "fight."

3. What's $150 Billion dollars in tax cuts for the rich between friends, anyway?
After Bush started a trillion dollar war in Iraq and a trillion dollar war in Afghanistan, this is peanuts.

The problem is, this inequity will have to be paid for in the future, and taxing the poor won't raise nearly that much money.
So, the rich are going to get have to make bigger sacrifices in the future that will cost them more than the sacrifices they put off today.

It's like that old commercial with the mechanic who said "You can either pay me now, or pay me later."

Either pay for the tuneup today, or for the engine overall later on.
It's your choice.

4. Is that a doctor leaning over your bed telling you, you are a quadrapoligic
but at least you're not dead?
