Someone wrote about this last week and I didn't really understand what they were saying.
If the tag was #americaslapdogs, would that trend? lol

user name?? I am far from being twitter wise but someone asked that question on twitter last week and they were told to use #cablegate to follow tweets about them and not the word #wikileaks because wikileaks was the word/username (?) of the account holder for wikileaks and when that situation happens, it will not officially trend. I tried to make sense out of it all but I just searched for and followed "#cablegate" and have been following it that way.

I have no prob following but the message I read at some point was explaining why #wikileaks wouldn't be able to be on the trend list. I'm new to Twitter so I don't know much on the twitter factoids. I have switched the location option to specific countries and on some of them #cablegate showed up on the trend list.
