not to vote for this tax cut Judas bill or any proprosals of the cat food commission. Doubt they will listen but at least I had my say.
I aint going to even bother to write my HofR rep, because he is Puke, one of Obama's new best friends.

2. I wrote them earlier but |

agree that they probably won't listen. Gillibrand is more doubtful as she will need party help in '12 and will not want to cross them. If there is enough of an outcry maybe they will and surprise us!

5. "Judas Bill"..."Catfood Commission" |
|
I trust you didn't use language like this in your emails...it may make you feel better, but invective like this in letters to public officials tends to get them routed straight to the trash.

6. I did not use the term Judas Bill in the letter although that is what it is. |

and I am sorry but I have to disagree with your classification on the term "cat food commission" as "invective". I was respectful to Senators Gillibrand and Schumer as people and Senators. If I hadn't been then I would agree with you that I was "invective" but IMHO I was not.
Calling what I view as a wrong policy, however, by a term that has all ready been used in the mainstream is not IMHO "invective". IMHO too many people have become far too concerned about not offending any one with a different opinion that daring to even offer an alternative point of view is "invective."
And whose kidding who, they will toss it regardless. They have no intention of listening to the people who elected them any way. Why should they? I can only give them ten dollar donations and their corporate friends can give them billions.
I just e-mailed them to stand up for my own principles since it is very unlikely they will ever do so.
