So, looks like the Senate is a done deal...
I have to think enough pukes will support this to pass it in the House.

Everytime I see Conrad appear to talk about that Debt Commission, I turn the television off. I have come to loathe this proverbial wrench in the wheel.

because of a threatened GOP filibuster in the Senate. The mind boggling aspect of that notion is that Dems have NEVER made the GOP actually fight for anything. The Obama folks have never pressed for a battle. They simply say they are powerless and we must eat shit or die.
We need a new candidate in 2012.
