Well good luck finding all those Techies you can't fill cleared positions already and it doesn't mattter how much you pay. There just aren't enough cleared qualified people willing to let you tell them how they can live their lives right now and they think it is a meeaningful threat to try and reduce the applicant pool even further to good liTtle boys and girls? CuTting off their noses to spite their faces is more like it.
