Every single Republican in the Senate signed a letter to Obama saying they would block all legislation unless all Bush* tax cuts were extended..As if they haven't been blocking all legislation since 2007 when they lost the Senate. Republicans have established a permanent filibuster with the goal of making our President into a failure and stopping all Democratic legislation..
