I just saw the unedited version of Palin hunting; She is a phony

This is from somebody who just shot a deer 5 days ago. She is a phony when it comes to
her outdoor skill set.

Her Daddy had to work the bolt action on her rifle. The story is that he had to load it too.

The rifle she was using was not "sighted in" or she is a terrible shot. A .30 caliber rifle w/ a
scope should be able to put 5 out of 6 rounds in a 12" circle @ 200 yards. Somebody who has never
shot a gun in their life can learn how to shoot w/a scope in about 2 hours.

WHEN IT BECAME CLEAR THAT HER OWN GUN WAS NOT "SIGHTED IN" SOMEBODY ELSE HANDED HER
A DIFFERENT GUN W/ A LIVE ROUND IN THE CHAMBER AND WITH THE SAFTEY OFF TOO.

SHE HAD TO BE TOLD TO REST THE RIFLE ON SOMETHING TO GET A BETTER SHOT.

SHE DID NOT CLEAR THE GUN OR PUT THE SAFTEY ON AFTER SHE HAD FINALLY HIT THE CARIBOU AND
SHE KEPT HER FINGER ON THE TRIGGER.

It took 6 shots and 2 different rifles to hit the animal who was just standing still.

Her Daddy had to tell her to make sure the animal was dead but she did not know how to
do that. You poke the animal w/ the end of your gun or kick it lightly with your boot. She stood
about 10 feet away and said, "It is dead."

I would not be surprised that somebody else off camera shot the Caribou.

8. I have seen maybe 15 minutes total of her shows and she smells of phony

The "mountain climbing on the glacier" was a hoot. She was complaining that it
was hard work, scary, and a steep grade .... Gee Sarah I thought that is what Mt.
climbing was all about. She went fishing in a big salmon run too and had to have
Todd put a fish on the line.

9. She's a poseur as a hunter or knowledge about firearms

Excuse was daddy knocked the scope off zero when he took an earlier fall. Ok, I can buy that, but she didn't seem to have a clue how to compensate for the scope being off.

But what really nailed it for me was a couple of other things.

Her daddy treating her like a 10 year old on their first hunt. He loads the rifle for her. He works the bolt between each shot for her. Read one wingnut making the excuse she has carpal tunnel - funny first I heard that.

Also when the other fellow handed her his rifle she moved the rifle around with her finger on the trigger. You should wait till you have the shot lined up to put your finger on the trigger.

Also the warnings to her about the kick. Hell if she is the great white female hunter who shoots moose then surely she's handled a rifle with a kick.

And there was mention the rifle daddy brought for her was a 'varmint rifle'. I'd love to know the caliber. Was it a lighter caliber inappropriate for caribou?

And there was mention daddy used the rifle as a walking stick - another no no.

I did watch the excerpt of her shooting. So was Levi right she doesn't know squat about hunting with a firearm?

Pissed me off that that fool Tweety was praising her great white female huntress skills!
