That's my guess, anyway. They continue the drama for a little bit longer, then the Republicans will "compromise" by dropping the Estate Tax provision they never really expected anyway. Then they'll dominate the airwaves with bullshit about how they're clearly the ones willing to compromise while the Democrats held America hostage.
We've seen it all before. Same shit, different session.

There may be other "concessions," and we'll see how it plays out. But the nonsense train seems hell-bent on steaming through Congress, loaded with lots of goodies for the wealthy (who have suffered so much the last 30 years), with the middle class and the poor targeted for permanent underclass status, and they should be thankful for that much.
