Howard says someone said f' the Pres, someone else said, no'effin' way, and a 3rd person said, he(POTUS) 'effed it up, but no names were mentioned.

without their knowledge. I can understand their anger. Obama's a constitutional scholar, he should understand how things work.

That move was outright deceitful. Now I understand what Tom Harkin was referring to yesterday when he said "this isn't how things are
