he is first a VIRGINIAN

These are teh trends many of us have noticed.... 10th amendment and all that.

1. I agree that 10th ammendment makes sense.
But the corporate monopolies in information systems need help being broken apart. Government is a good way to do that.

2. He wants to add an amendment that calls for 2/3 of the states
to pass it and the constitution says 3/4 of the states and 2/3 of both houses of congress needs to ratify any changes. Tweety didn't call him on that.

5. In a way, I kind of understand the point. I mean, if those amendments are going to be ignored,
shouldn't they be repealed?

7. I will have to check out that segment to have a better understanding.
I don't get MSNBC, but I often view segments the next day on their website.
