It's not a big deal to spend an additional $100 billion over 4 months in Iraq without raising taxes, so "illegal immigration" shouldn't be a problem either. That's enough to pay each of them $24K a year to not compete for jobs!

When $400 billion is divided by 25 million, that's $16,000 for every man, woman, and child in Iraq. For that amount of money, we could just load 'em on planes and 'emigrate' 'em to any nation on earth as cheap labor. Problem solved?
