The recent Iraq war "keep 'em killing" bill is about 100 billion. How about we make this agreement: in exchange for dividing that money among the 535 congresspersons and senators (about $186 million each) would they all just F**king retire NOW and spend the rest of their worthless lives staked out on the beach? And bring the troops home NOW in exchange as well?
Since they seem to be so enamored with their perks and power and can't be bothered to risk such just in case someone might run a negative campaign ad against them, perhaps just cutting to the chase would make things simpler.
