So far, Jimmy Carter is way ahead as Biggest Winner and Bush is the Biggest Loser !

Thanks to the Democrats throwing in the towel. Why weren't Clinton and Obama on the loser list? The cowardice way they didn't LEAD others to vote "NO" is disturbing.
