In a nutshell, is it time to add "political party" to Title 8, so that no one fear loss of business because of party affiliation? We'd only apply this law to corporations that do business with the federal government.

First, we'd have to agree that it's a problem, then we can decide if the time has come to apply this protection, now that we know that the Bush Administration demonstrated this kind of selection in the extreme.
