2. 48 stars
Maybe a World War Two flag. Could even be World War One. I wonder what stories that flag could tell...

6. I still regard it as "Decoration Day" ... and that photo's how I see it 'celebrated'
My parents' generation celebrated Decoration Day by cleaning up and 'decorating' the gravesites of not only those who died in war but of deceased family. They did this in the morning and gathered as family in the afternoon for hamburgers and hotdogs - the traditional fare for the year's first outdoor meal. The graves would be decorated with flowers and flags (and sometimes photos) - and a preference was given to peonies and mums (the big ones).

7. Thank you nut - my Dad paid his price in WWII on the USS Sagamon hit by kamakazi planes...
That ripped half the ship apart.
Hundreds died.
My Dad would never talk about it.
I have a picture of the ship in smoking flames with men jumping overboard.

AND 5 DEFERMENT CHENEY HAS THE NERVE TO GIVE A SPEECH AT WEST POINT!!!

FUCK THESE BASTARDS!!!
