It dont think it was booing because she fell, it sounded more like they were booing America instead of her. I felt terrible for her.

Every time these pageants come along the song "Miss America" gets in my head and I can't get rid of it. At least it's a kickass song anyway. :)

while I think pageants are supremely silly, that was the pinnacle of her career as a "beauty queen" and how embarrassing that must have been. Then, the booing was uncalled-for.
But she seemed to handle it with some modicum of grace.
