At least he doesn't lick his comb.
He's far worse than Wolfowitz because he knows how to operate under the radar and is fairly smart...
He covered up the fact that Able Danger knew who Atta was in 2000 and refused to let the agents testify, plus he stymied Richard Clarke so Atta could then attack the WTC with impunity.
Not a good guy.
