There will be periods of downtime today and possibly more later this week
We will be performing multiple maintenance tasks to one of our servers today and possibly later into the week that will require periods of downtime. Hopefully these periods will be short and infrequent, but I can't predict exactly how many there will be or how long they will last.

Thanks for your patience while we do this work!

1. "Short and infrequent periods"
Kinda like the sex life of a 50-something. Damn I'm glad I front loaded when I was a kid.

2. Or after marriage.
JK.

Thanks Elad. I'm sure the world will implode if the periods are 'long and frequent' rather than 'short and infrequesnt'. God knows how many depend on DU just to remember to breathe.

... but no pressure really. ;)

4. If you ordered enough Nooblin in advance this would never happen
I don't know why you insist on replacing the Nooblin only after the Flux Capacitor hits the Z-Mark on the Finnegan Scale, but you're the expert so I guess I should have faith in you!
