Okay, why not get tobacco famers to raise switch grass or hemp?

not so sure about the switch grass although hemp would I imagine

does a farmer have to grow to make the same amount of money as they do on tobacco?

4. I don't know. I'll bet you could make more off of ethanol than

you could off of tobacco these days.

8. I'd be a little surprised if that were the case...

But if it were, I think you'd see some start to do it, at least until enough did it that it drove down ethanol prices or drove up tobacco prices.
