2. Talking over our heads, just like the campaign. |

I really don't know for sure what he's trying to say. Really long, fuzzy answers. At least he didn't say anything about Cindy. Good decision.

Edited on Tue May-29-07 07:12 PM by NightWatcher
I'm trying to listen, but he's not answering the question.
He looks a little nervous. He plays so much better in An Incon. Truth.
We are a soundbite culture. We want short, consise answers on tv. This is the stuff that the rw'ers will attack him on.
btw...I'm a big fan of his.

The first two answers kinda roamed around. I hope he gets it together for his run sometime real soon. He has the facts, but he tries to say too much sometimes. We are all guilty of that sometimes.

 I now blame the Democrats who voted yes for the funding bill for Swamp Rat's Premature, and Temporary Obituary.

Everything he's saying is informed and elegant and true. But this population wants a cat fight.
Call B*-Cheney names and double-dare them to a fist fight or at least a mud sling.
No drama. No entertainment. No chance of winning.
It's wierd, but Hilary's tainted marriage actually helps her because people find it interesting.

28. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sonny Bono, Ronald Reagan, |
|
another actor just declared for the presidency, and a rock star was elected into the congress. Al Franken will run,
This is a TV nation. Period. Like it or not, Paris Hilton has a better chance of being elected president than a ivy league lawyer in America.
We no longer know the difference between reality and what we watch on our plasma screens.

I'm an Al Gore Supporter...and I felt he was throwing the "LEFTY/Activists" under the BUS.. by ignoring the significance of Cindy Sheehan.
(this might be where you and I disagree on some stuff) but I agree that he LAPSED into "Senatorial Mode" and I'm not working my BUTT OFF for another JOHN KERRY DISASTER!
There's no one else except Kucinich I can think about...and I know (SOUND THE MEME) HE IS NOT ELECTABLE...because folks think he's an "elf." :-( But, DAMMIT...I'll give to keep him in the race just like last time when I gave to both Kerry and Kucinich..

to shine. Don't know if it was "chemistry" that Gore was so cautious. He was TOO CAUTIOUS... You had to have seen him SHINE in the Move On speeches he gave before Chimp's CodPiece was exposed. And, he did great in other interviews about his book.
It's amazing that he would do so poorly on Keith's show. I can't figure it out...except that he's decided to run and like all of them..he becomes "overly cautious" about what he says. Or, he just couldn't hit it off with Keith.
