A Kucinich supporter posted this when reminding others to send in contributions today
So, since Kucinich, needs help to raise the final 150,000 dollars for this campaign quarter before the critical FEC filing deadline at midnight on SUNDAY, SEPT. 30th, I say (for all who can, and have not done this already) DONATE
All the candidates seem to be gunning for this date -- so if you're planning on sending something off to Joe, today would be the day if you can.
I'm going to send in my whopping contribution now. Here's $5, Joe, don't spend it all in one place. :7

2. Beautifully presented. If I hadn't already sent in my staggeringly huge contribution |
|
I'd surely do it as a result of your post. Thanks.

4. I wish Biden would be more like Edwards when it comes to this |
|
Edwards sets a goal and his supporters are all over the place helping him reach it.
I loved it when Biden had that graph when he was raising money for his ads in Iowa.

5. I sent him $50.00 tonight. |

Then I forwarded that "e-mail-a-friend" to a couple of "Clarkies" who live in NC. They have been kind of leaning in Biden's direction. :)
Gately, I'm hoping that NC will be well represented. I know of some Biden supporters at NC State (my nephew being one of them), and I know of a few supporters attending UNC in Chapel Hill.

North Carolinians who are as wise as we are! I'm so pleased that you feel confident enough with Biden to contribute to his campaign.
I'm encouraged that your nephew (who, by the virtue of being a nephew, means 'younger', probably) and students at Chapel Hill are supporting Biden.. Obama seems to get a huge number of younger voters (which is understandable), so it's good to know it's not necessarily a slam dunk.
One of my fantasies (part of an ongoing and ever-changing virtual world I inhabit at times) is to host forums at campuses which would show videos and offer information on ALL the candidates so younger people would be more aware of all the options available to them. I'm assuming Obama (and maybe Clinton and Edwards) are spending big bucks to reach that demographic and I'd like to just let them know that there are some very viable OTHER candidates up for consideration.
This is an exciting time in our lives -- I'm 54 and I don't think I've ever experienced an election that had so much at stake in so many ways.
