I just voted in the first ever Dems Abroad online primary

For Barack Obama. I wanted to vote for Joe, but I honored Joe's wish that we support one of the remaining candidates.

I will vote for the nominee, and help in any way that I can, my way of helping is recruiting Americans who are abroad to vote :) I've got one person so far, perhaps 2 more soon.

I sure wish Joe was still in the race, but he's not, so I went with Barack. Honestly, I don't really care who wins the nomination in the end, because I never fell in love with either of them. But I want CHANGE.

PS. This was so painless, I sure wish everyone could vote online!!

5. Hope this might be the wave of the future

but I would still prefer to go to the polling station, take my ballot and then get a receipt. Although I DID get a receipt after I voted online, it has my ballot number on it and shows who I voted for -- pretty cool!

I whimpered a little when I saw Joe's name at the top of the line. :(
