2. thanks! I'd love to channel energies into something more useful
than the nightmare it (primary and discussion here) has become.

3. There's nothing left to say about Obama or Clinton
And most of what is being said, isn't particularly relevant. Even the political junkies on TV seem to be sick of this race, so I wish they'd start focusing more on McCain. That I could get excited about. If I see anything on TV about Obama or Clinton, I generally just fast-forward it now. Whoever gets the nomination will get my support, but I don't want to listen to them day in and day out until then.

4. Yeah, I was oblivious to what was happening with Wright lately
I stopped by the Biden forum, and thought, why are the sig lines gone? Why level 2 - there's no primary right now.

Then I realized. :eyes:

I think Pirhana expressed it one place as cringing less at Clinton. I guess I cringe less at Obama. Like you said, I'll just vote against McCain, and I'm sure most every Bidenite feels that way. How sad that we're measuring our cringes. But what a race to the bottom if that's how we feel. :(

5. Exactly - I just don't CARE!!!!
Wright means absolutely nothing to me and I hate it whenever politicians mix religion with politics. It makes for a dangerous brew, yet they still keep doing it. Meanwhile, we have real issues and a dangerous leader in the White House that the media is ignoring for the most part.

There are times when Obama makes me cringe and times when its Clinton. Lately it has been more Clinton, though I think she started out as the stronger candidate. What a sorry ass group of campaign advisers she ended up with. Right now, I'd be happy just tossing a coin and moving on to the general. Maybe I could get interested in politics again if we were actually running against McCain!
