This is from an article that was posted about Obama maybe offering Hillary the Sec of Health. This was kind of buried in the article:
Another Democrat who has discussed strategy with friends in the Obama inner circle said that Mr Obama was openly considering asking Mrs Clinton to join his cabinet, alongside two other former presidential rivals: John Edwards, who is seen as a likely attorney general; and Joe Biden, who is a leading contender to become Secretary of State.

As SOS he'd be the boss of that department, as VP he'd be number two to Obama. That just doesn't seem right. And I'm not sure how easy it would be for Joe to be in that position.
I love how I've got it all figured out, and how I'm sure I KNOW what's best for Joe and how he feels. :7

He could do super in any position in a cabinet. Sec. of State is a no brainer.
Hillary would be insulted by the Sec. of Health offer I suspect, expecially since today the chatter is loud that she will "accept" the VP position!

I know that many of you grew to dislike her thru the primary season, but for me, it was the
opposite. (no - I didn't like some of the shit she pulled during the campaign, including Tues nite)
Just like Biden, I learned alot about her and gained alot of respect for her. I can't see her be Veep but I am hoping that Obama offers her a cabinet position. Since UHC is her passion, this would be perfect.
About our guy - if Obama doesn't pick him for Veep, I will have to finally take off my Biden for President bumpersticker.... I wrote VICE - on it so now it says Biden for Vice-President.
The other day someone honked at me and gave me a thumbs-up :) Made my day!
Wonder if it would look too tacky if I crossed out Vice and put SoS? hehehe.
