2. Well - here - let me give you a clue --
http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2008/07/08/1186473.aspx

Yeah - I realize this isn't from the most reliable source, so maybe I overreacted.
But - it was the positive comments on Hardball and the clips of Joe addressing the firefighters that really got my heart pumping.

Whatever Biden ends up doing - he will be the best man for the job.
I'm rooting for SoS, but Veep would be very, very exciting and I think he would help Obama take down Insain.

3. I'm watching Race to the White House
and Biden is mentioned very favorably again. I'm not finished watching yet.

6. I did a little googling - and there are alot of favorable comments
out there about Biden as veep.

One site was even talking about starting a "Biden-watch".

Be still my little heart.

19. OMG -- I thought that was great!
Both of those guys are pretty funny, and were even laughing at what the other was saying -- kind of in on how ludicrous some of the stuff was.

The one with the Veterans (and I posted this at your GD thread) -- the Vote Vets guy is SHARP and Matthews didn't take any crap from the other guy. It was a good segment.

Thanks for these!!

4. From your lips to....
well, you know... :applause: :applause:

With Webb out of the running, really -- who is LEFT? And who is best? It won't be Clark, won't be Webb.

If not Joe, then someone we aren't even thinking about.

7. That's what I was thinking - unless -
Obama wants to go with someone who reinforces his message of change.

But, with McCain touting his foreign relations experience, you have to wonder.
Today I heard some talking head for McCain saying that McCain has been to Iraq 9 times and all I could think was - so? Biden has been there just as much.

5. Now watching AC360 ---- it gets better !
All of their analysts are saying
Biden or Nunn
Biden or Bayh
Biden or Hillary

I have to take a deep breath....
I don't need any more disappointment this election season.

11. Nunn is out. Bayh has zero personality.
Kaine is someone else whose name keeps coming up.
I don't know much about him other than that lame speech he gave after the sotu a couple of years ago.

What about gateley's guy, Schweitzer?

Even tho I supported Hillary, I don't like her as veep because of Bill. It's just too weird having the ex President hanging out in the WH.

13. Well, from the choices you gave me, I picked her
but if you are widening the pool, I don't really see Tim Kaine as Veep. He was my incoming Gov. as I was leaving VA, I actually met him at a Dem BBQ in Crozet. He's a nice enough guy, but very laid back. I just don't know.

I heard Schweitzer won't move to DC, he hates it there. Only Big Sky Country for him, can't say as I blame him either.

18. IF Obama picks Joe after Joe has made it
so clear he doesn't WANT the position, but "would serve if asked" -- that would show how very very very important Joe is to the Dems, (Something WE have known since the beginning -- '"they're going to look back and say 'why didn't we just pick Joe Biden."

LOVE the frog!

Going to watch the show at the link now (thank you again, JIOOU).
