1. Congrats on getting the group up and running

I'll be checking in on items posted here.

Right now I'm on my way to a Joe Biden book signing at Barnes & Noble. :hi:

4. We bought his book when it first came out and had it read in two days

so we gave it to a friend of ours. I bought a new one to ask the Senator to sign for our son. Not only did he write a nice note - he CALLED to thank us for attending the book signing. :wow: My son is on cloud nine right now!

He read some excerpts from the book at the event and then took questions for about 1/2 hour before the signing.

5. That's our Senator!! Generous and down to earth.

I bought the book when it came out and had to wrestle it from my husband in order to get to read it. We finally decided to read it together , so we took turns reading out loud to one another. I gave a copy to my daughter for her birthday and she loved it as well.

Was there a good turnout at the book store?

24. Yes, he came from a breakfast that was recorded by C-SPAN so I'm sure

it will be on the Road to the Whitehouse series and it was packed (my husband was there and said about 150 people were packed in to the diner). About 100 folks were at the book store, which again packed the area we were seated in, and the staff had to add more chairs as folks came back to watch him speak.

11. I'm really happy

I've had a rather crappy day, but this makes up for it! At least I did something right this week (probably the only thing!).

Did you notice that at our Biden thread, everyone was so nice and civil? I'd like to believe that is an indication of what kinds of people support Joe Biden.

at this point. That means they are considering all the candidates and aren't caving to the MSM's coverage.
