It is his doing that Gates is requesting funds for MRAPs. While the military thinks Biden is a hero for this,
DUers only hear more money for Iraq.

You know - I wonder if Mrs. Clinton is going to vote against that too? And if she does, I hope Biden has the balz to mop the floor with her. He would be smart to have a soldier whose life was saved because of these vehicles address the Senate floor.
