2. U.S. delegation in Costa Rica?

There was a brief report on Radio Progreso yesterday in which a radio reporter in San Jose said that a U.S. government plane had arrived in Costa Rica. The reporter said it was a U.S. delegation to advise on the upcoming second round of talks scheduled for this weekend.

Don't know if the report is true, have not seen confirmation on any other media, but it would not be very surprising if it is a valid report, considering the reports the past week of U.S. arm-twisting.
