4. Telesur interviewing Zelaya's wife

She is saying the family will walk the 12 clicks to where Zelaya is.

Asking only that the family and supporters be allowed to pass the military roadblocks.

6. Incredibly symbolic reunion.
Zelaya knew how to pull this off, he knows his people, still crossing fingers however.

5. Xiomara says she spoke with Vasquez and he doesn't want violence
also Zelaya is waiting for an okay from a coronel
to be able to go forward and he won't otherwise.

Weirdly, it looks like they might just work it out.

Zelaya is saying to them that they know they cannot
rule the country.

7. Zelaya back on Nicaraguan land

He crossed the chain back into Nicaragua after speaking with a Honduran army colonel, who is awaiting further instructions from golpistas in Tegu.

Z apparently waiting for his family to arrive at the border.

8. They showed a split screen with a pro-Goriletti rally from that town where the Honduran lives.
San Pedro Sula.

Idiots lurching around with their pure as the driven snow white costumes on, waving "Goriletti is a hero" signs.

Why aren't they inside their houses, considering the curfew?

17. That's very odd, isn't it? We had a troll here who haunted this forum
intensively just before the coup. She claimed to be from Texas, currently living in San Pedro Sula, married to an ex-death squad guy trained at S.O.A., and she cleared out before this treachery started.

Her only purpose, it appeared was to try to lay a heavy hate campaign here against Zelaya.

21. I believe it! I definitely believe that's true.
I read last week employers are also coercing their workers to turn out and demonstrate with them, or lose their jobs.

What is the cost of lettered Tees? Have to be ordered in advance.

28. Who would have suspect a little coup would be so efficient! They had it all figured out,
and probably got some help from the same people who organized the color revolutions in "new" Europe.

14. Telesur showed footage of military/police messing with protesters
in El Paraiso. i heard about 5 or 6 shots. they showed a young man who was missing the upper part of his ear. it also looked like the bullet had skated along his cheek. I dont' think he is the guy you are talking about, but the point remains, both were HEAD SHOTS!

have something to eat with him. I assume that Zelaya is still waiting for the Col. who is supposed to be meeting him there. It will be interesting to see if the military plays around with this and makes him wait, and wait. Or worse as nighfall approaches.

Patricia Rodas is remaining at his side.

18. Thanks for this info. Didn't know a thing about this.
I can see why it would be a good idea if they got back in touch.

I heard them talking earler about some colonel. It would be so good if he actually knew some anti-coup military.

26. Did not hear anything like that on Telesur

Last I heard was that Z's wife and son were at a military checkpoint a few kilometers from the border.

Interesting item from Radio Progreso few minutes ago. It reported that the army colonel who talked with Zelaya on the Honduran side on the border this afternoon has been relieved of his command, the 110th Army Brigade.

Another indication that all is not hunky-dory within the miliary.

29. It's rotten they wouldn't let his family come to see him. Dirty business.
I hope the news about the colonel will travel fast and move more soldiers to recosider if they want to defend this bunch of criminals...

Thanks for the update.
