1. Alegria was released unharmed but not before bunch of journalists were beaten up

A group of international journalists found out Alegria was being held in a jail in Danli, a town 92 kilometers south of Tegu. When they got there, a Ven. photographer named Wendy Olivos was beaten and dragged along the ground by police when she refused to hand over her cameras.

Journalists from Spain and Brazil came to her aid and they too were roughed up. Other journalists showed up and the police desisted. Olivos works for the Agencia Bolvivariana de Noticias.

The journalists said there were 54 Zelaya supporters being held in the Danli jail, including women and kids. They told the journalists they had been held since the previous day with no food or toilet facilities. The people in the jail were also let go.

Above was reported by Telesur earlier this afternoon.

5. Very brave woman. Sub-human, sadistic asshole thugs. Their day is coming.
I would love to be there when they are held responsible for their actions.

How manly they are, wearing guns, with the force of the criminal coup behind them, as they gang up on little women. Love their nasty slimy grins.

You may recall seeing what eventually became of Pinochet's head torturer, Osvaldo Romo. It took forever for the wheels of fortune to finally work it out, but he did finally get a small measure of what he dealt out. He died hated, despised, and utterly alone, of disease, and was not mourned at all.

2. Unexpected news. Hope it doesn't mean they're planning on sending a death squad after him,
like the Colombian government, whose support Micheletti claims.

Hope this guy will be safe.

Thanks for the update.
