What I'd like to know is, now that our troops are pulling out of Haiti (per the US media and with a pillar of salt) and now that we know the mercs are going in, who is in charge of that airport? Because my estimate is that those troops were sent in to make sure there was zero chance of Aristide flying in during the early chaotic days.

It may be enough that now, after things have calmed down, that the wishes of the US are enough to keep him out. But still, who is in charge of that facility?
