suspect arrested in Buenaventura bombing massacre (Spanish)
http://www.eltiempo.com/colombia/occidente/capturan-a-hombre-relacionado-con-atentado-en-buenaventura_7490067-1

and just to clear up some misinformation posted by another.

1. Buenaventura where the bombing occurred is quite close to where the suspect was arrested. looks to be less than 100 k or 60 miles.

2. the suspect was the one who bought the car, not the one who sold it according to the story

1. Two points to make
one, have they linked Castaño Castro to the FARC?

two, in the past i mentioned that as the FARC is defeated in the countryside, they will likely morph into an urban terrorist outfit. The long term solution is for the USA to legalize drugs.

2. the article says they are looking into a FARC connection but there is no conclusion
I think its a good possibility since it would coincide with the apparent release of hostages but it could be other violent groups as well taking advantage of the timing.

and I don't believe the FARC is defeated in the country side. weakened yes. I don't see them moving into cities where the police and military are. and I don't think the population would tolerate them at all. I think they are forced to be out in the country side
