from 1834 - definitely Chamber of Commerce oriented and clearly the RW agent in the late 70s and 80.
Murders are 534 this morning - that's 11 in 24 hours including a five year old child.
Social neglect is a major factor as our young men are only interested in gangs.
Jamaica has one of the highest murder rates on the planet and from all indications this year will be the worst in history.
