HAVANA – The leader of Spain’s centrist UPyD party confirmed Monday that she is in Cuba to meet with dissident groups.

“Being Europeans obligates us to defend democracy and human rights, and not only trade and business,” Spanish lawmaker Rosa Diez told Efe in Havana.

I assume we'll hear the usual vitrio about opponents to the Castro regime being CIA agents. According to our communist friends in this site, Cubans can be divided into two groups: One very large group slavishly loyal to the Castro regime and its oligarchy, and a tiny group of CIA funded agents who protest to free commmon criminals kept in wonderful jails by the Cuban Ministry of Love and Tender Care.
