Uh oh, we're still having power cuts in Venezuela

Seems the electricity crisis is still with us, even though it started raining. The Guri dam level started dropping again, according to OPSIS it's at 8.2 meters above the 240 meter collapse point. There's a rumor running around that Brazilian workers trying to fix one of the turbines are threatening to walk out because they're not getting paid - this means somebody high up in the government is sabotaging the effort to drop Chavez' popularity, because no way would they be upseting those brazilian experts if they really want the turbines to work.

And this explains why the bridge over the Orinoco has been blocked by angered towns people protesting the constant power cuts. It's all a big conspiracy against the comandante by the Chavistas themselves! They are working to drop Chavez' popularity. If I were Chavez, I would put some microphones around, and listen to the chavista traitors in his own administration.
