Caracas rated among the cities with the worst standard of living
Caracas is one of the cities with the lowest quality of living in the world, said consulting firm Mercer in its report called Mercer's 2010 Quality of Living survey.

This year, rather than measuring the quality of life in 215 cities around the world, the survey included 221 cities.

The survey ranks Caracas 165th out of 221 cities. The Latin American city occupying the top spot was Buenos Aires, ranked in the 78th position

Managua and Port-au-Prince were ranked below the Venezuelan capital.

That's too bad. If only Venezuela had a leader who was for the people, then perhaps Caracas could improve.
