Se entregan once guerrilleros de las Farc y uno del ELN durante el fin de semana al ejército

Los insurgentes, entre los que había dos mujeres, expresaron su intención de desertar y recibir los beneficios del Gobierno. En lo que va de año se han desmovilizado más de 200 guerrilleros.

Una de las deserciones se registró en la localidad de Samaná (Caldas), donde se entregaron seis integrantes del Frente 47 de las Farc, señaló la Agencia de Noticias del Ejército.

El Frente 47, dirigido por la guerrillera 'Karina' y que actúa en la zona cafetera del oeste colombiano, es uno de los más activos de las Farc, pero la presión militar lo ha reducido de 200 miembros a una treintena, y el pasado jueves había perdido otros siete, indicó ese despacho.

Otro integrante de las Farc desertó cerca de Popayán (capital del Cauca) y los demás se entregaron en los departamentos de Vichada, Casanare y Meta.

Entretanto, en Valledupar (capital del departamento Cesar), se rindió una guerrillera del Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN).

Según cifras oficiales, de los más de 200 guerrilleros desertados, unos 150 pertenecían a las Farc y el resto al ELN y de comandos disidentes.

1. As long as the Nazis run Colombia they'll NEVER give up their war,they'll just keep killing citizens
and throwing in "evidence" they've killed a FARC, just like the Washington Post finally admitted in their feature article, from their "kits" the military carries around with them, planting guns, or grenades, or simply an article of clothing to make them look so "FARCish." Damn, killed some more rebels! Good work, men.

That's called "false positives" for the sane ones among us, and it's been described over and over again, for years. FALSE POSTIVES.

They're not about to give up their war, and all the buttloads of money from the hard-pressed U.S. taxpayers. The U.S. is not about to give up that last true launchpad for future aggression against leftist countries, just as Donald Rumsfeld has described, their "lillypads" he loves so much. It's a match made in heaven.

You're going to have to do better than that. DU'ers know what the #### is going on.

would you like to elaborate on your declaration that Colombia is not part of the Latin American community?

Colombians despise the FARC.
