I doubt Morales, who is short and heavy, can be a good forward, or a good center midfield. The number 10 is sought by all players, very few are awarded that number. Here's a list of players who were honored with that number:

The number is hard to get. For example, Cristiano Ronaldo wears #9 for Real Madrid. Messi, who many say is the best player in the world, did get number 10 for Barcelona. But it is indeed something special. Some players refuse to wear it, it's too much weight on them, and they pick 9, or something else.

This is not karate-ball. When a player makes a foul on you during the game, you don't go take revenge on him and kick him low in the genitals, once the game is stopped.
