5. Mika is a Dr based in Miami. A good friend of the Latam forum.

He's a surgeon and fine humanitarian who, on his own time and dime, works for several international NGO surgical charities doing cleft palate surgeries.
Mika knows quite a bit about Cuba because he's lived there.
It's hard to meet a nicer person.
