Dam breaks in Venezuela, countless missing.

actually, there is nothing mentioned about missing or dead but since you can make up whatever you want for the subject line, may as well be something shocking.

Játira dam in Falcón state gives way
Minister of the Interior Tareck El Aissami reported that the docks of Játira dam are fractured. “We are trying to evacuate by land as far as possible, and we are planning alternative evacuations”

Country The significantly higher water level of river Tocuyo helped to break the docks of Játira dam, directly damaging some sectors in Monseñor Iturriza municipality, on the eastern coast of western Falcón state, where about 12,000 people live.

Tocuyo de la Costa, Boca de Tocuyo and San Juan de los Cayos will be the most stricken communities.
